Step into the enchanted North Pole and meet Norman the cuddly reindeer assistant.

Visit Mrs Christmas’ Kitchen: cosy up by the fire and listen to her heart-warming festive tales.

Wander into the Toy Workshop, where younger guests can choose and build their own cuddly toy to take home.

Meet the man of the season himself — Santa! Share your Christmas wishes and capture a memorable photo.

Pop into the reindeer stables where our Elf helpers will invite you to mix a special batch of magical reindeer food, ready for sprinkling on Christmas Eve.

As a finishing touch, each child can plant their own mini-Christmas tree in a charming bamboo pot to take home and nurture.
