The Parks Trust invites runners of all ages and abilities to the Parks & Run event at Ouse Valley Park on Sunday, 2 March 2025, starting at 10:00 AM. This monthly running series offers participants an opportunity to explore the scenic landscapes of Milton Keynes while promoting physical and mental well-being.

• Multiple Distances: Choose from 3km, 6km, or 10km routes, all clearly marked to accommodate various fitness levels.

• Community Engagement: Connect with fellow runners in a supportive and friendly environment.

• Guided Experience: Volunteer leaders will provide a pre-run briefing and be available to assist throughout the event.
