Get ready for the most magical Christmas experience in Milton Keynes! This year, Santa’s Grotto at centre:mk returns with a brand-new story — Peter Rabbit & Friends™ in a festive adventure full of wonder, storytelling, and Christmas spirit.
Step into Peter Rabbit’s Winter Wonderland
Families will begin their journey inside Peter Rabbit’s cosy burrow, where they’ll be warmly welcomed by Mrs Rabbit herself. Gather round as she shares a heartwarming tale about Peter’s lost Christmas presents — and help solve the mystery using fun clues and interactive storytelling.
Once the adventure begins, children will crawl through Peter’s secret tunnel and emerge into a magical snowy forest, surrounded by twinkling lights and festive decorations.
Festive Fun for the Whole Family
In the snowy forest, families will join Peter Rabbit and his friends for some hands-on festive fun. Little ones will love decorating their own gingerbread biscuits for the Christmas feast, before setting off to meet Santa Claus himself in his beautifully decorated grotto.

Will there be live reindeer inside the experience?
No, there are no live reindeer within the Santa’s Grotto experience.
My child has food allergies – what ingredients are in the gingerbread biscuits?
This year’s activity involves decorating a gingerbread biscuit.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), sugar, partially inverted sugar syrup, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), ginger powder, and raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
Allergens: Contains gluten. May contain egg, milk, nuts, and soya.
If your child has allergies, please inform staff on arrival — an alternative activity is available.
Are there any inclusive or relaxed sessions available?
Yes! Inclusive Relaxed Sessions are available for families with special needs. These sessions feature reduced noise, softer lighting, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes, you can purchase tickets on the day at the grotto box office, located opposite Flying Tiger in centre:mk.
However, same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Will I receive a ticket once I’ve booked?
Yes. You’ll receive an e-ticket by email after booking. You can either print it or show it on your phone at the entrance.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you may be able to amend your booking up to 48 hours before your visit (subject to availability).
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked timeslot to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Is there somewhere to park buggies?
Yes, there is a buggy parking area located just outside the grotto entrance.
Is the grotto accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, there is full disability access throughout the entire grotto experience.
Can we bring food and drink into the experience?
No, eating and drinking are not permitted inside the grotto.
Can we take our own photographs with Santa?
Personal photography with Santa is not permitted, but professional photos will be taken during your visit.
