• A warm welcome from Santa’s elves, followed by a magical North Pole-themed adventure.

• Fun-filled activities such as icy fishing, snowball hoops and helping the polar bears improve their ice-hockey skills.

• A visit to the reindeer stable where children can make their own reindeer food. Please note: no live reindeer are part of the experience.

• A special one-to-one moment with Santa, giving each child the chance to share their Christmas wishes.

• A professional printed photo opportunity with Santa, and a wrapped gift suitable for the child’s age range.

Event Details & Tips

• Booking ahead is essential.

• When you arrive: quote your booking reference and follow the signs to the grotto.

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your selected slot; early arrivals may not be admitted.

• The full experience may take up to 30 minutes depending on how much the children engage in the activities.

• Each child may be accompanied by up to 2 adults due to space limitations. Adults must remain with their children for the duration.
