Sounds of the 60s Live features the exceptional Sounds of the 60s All-Star Band and Singers, performing timeless classics from artists such as Diana Ross & The Supremes, The Everly Brothers, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys, The Walker Brothers, The Drifters, Stevie Wonder, and Marvin Gaye. This concert offers a vibrant homage to the era’s most influential musicians, delivering authentic renditions of the songs that defined a generation.

As the host, Tony Blackburn OBE brings his extensive experience and passion for 60s music to the stage. Celebrating the 60th anniversary of his first broadcast on pirate radio station Radio Caroline South in 1964, Tony Blackburn is a defining voice of the 1960s. His illustrious career includes presenting on BBC Radio 1, Top of the Pops, and hosting Sounds of the 60s on BBC Radio 2 since 2017. A champion of soul music throughout the 60s, Tony has been recognised with 37 awards, including two Gold Awards for Outstanding Contribution to Radio, becoming the first person in history to receive two of these lifetime achievement awards. He is also known for becoming the first King of the Jungle in the original series of ITV’s I’m A Celebrity – Get Me Out Of Here.
